1.(Ref.No.F.1/169/2010-R-II) One Deputy Agricultural Marketing Adviser(Group-III) (Oil & Fats) in Directorate of Marketing & Inspection, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, Ministry of Agriculture. Qualifications : Essential : A. Educational : Master’s degree in Chemistry / Agriculture Chemistry / Dairy Chemistry / Dairying from a recognized University or equivalent. OR Bachelor’s Degree in Oil Technology /Food Technology /Chemical Technology / Dairy Technology from a recognized University or equivalent. B. Experience : Ten years’ experience in the field of analytical work of organic material or in the field of Marketing of Milk and Milk Products, Oils and Fats including Essential Oils and Allied commodities OR Eight years’ experience in the field of analytical work of organic material or in the field of Marketing of Milk and Milk Products, Oils and Fats including Essential Oils and Allied commodities with Diploma in Marketing Management awarded by the Indian Institute of Food Technology or any other registered University / Institute or equivalent. Desirable : Experience of organizing / conducting market surveys and writing reports. Duties : To assist AMA / Jt. AMA in all technical works of the Directorate. To render technical guidance in scrutinizing, processing and interpretation of data collected.

2.(Ref.No.F.1/171/2010-R-VI) Three Chief Engineers, Gr. I, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture. Qualifications : Essential : A. Educational : i) S.S.L.C / Matriculation passed from a recognized Board / University or equivalent. ii) Certificate of competency of MOT First Class or Second Class Engineer(Motor) or Certificate of competency as Engineer(Fishing Vessels) issued by mercantile Marine Department. B. Experience : Five years’ experience as Engine Driver / Engineer on Board Fishing Vessels after obtaining the certificate as Engineer(F.V). Duties : Overall in-charge of the Engine room of the fishing / survey vessel. Up keep of all machinery and equipments in the engine room in particular and onboard the vessel in general. Smooth operation of the entire propulsion system of the vessel so as to ensure conduct of survey operations. Planning the routine inspection, preventive maintenance and break down maintenance of all the machinery. Up-keep of the Desk equipments, electrical, electronic equipments and the refrigeration machinery. Maintenance of the engine log book of the vessel and all relevant registers and overall supervision of the engine room. HQ : Anywhere in India including A&N. 3.(Ref.No.F.1/170/2010-R-VI) One Director of Flying Training in the Office of the Director General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation. Qualifications : Essential : Educational : i) Current Pilots ‘B’ Licence or a Commercial Pilot’s Licence or higher type or professional Pilot’s Licence for aeroplanes. ii) Experience as Pilot-in-Command of at least 3000 hours. iii) Current Pilot Instructions’ Licence of Flight Instructor Rating; and iv) Instructional experience in training of ab-initio pilots of atleast 1000 hours. Desirable : i) Instructional experience on twin or multi-engined aero-planes. ii) Ability to assess Flights for suitability for Flight Instructors Training. iii) Instrument Rating. iv) Holder of a senior Commercial or Airlines Transport Pilot’s Licence. Duties : To inspect Flying Training Institutes / Clubs for monitoring standards of flying training. To conduct test for issue and renewal of Assistant Flight Instructor Rating and Flight Instructor Rating. To examine application for Chief Flight Instructor, Flight Instructor In-charge and chief Ground Instructor. To examine applications for approval / renewal of the approval of the Institutes / Clubs and submit to the competent authority. 4.(Ref.No.F.1/159/2010-R-II) One Senior Scientific Officer, Grade-I (Military Explosives) in DGQA, Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence. Defence Quality Assurance Service. The post is reserved for OBC candidates. The post is also suitable for Physically Handicapped persons with disability viz Orthopaedically Handicapped / Locomotor Disability or Cerebral Palsy with OA(One Arm) or OL(One Leg affected). Qualifications : Essential : A. Educational : Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Degree in Chemical Engineering / Technology from a recognized University or equivalent. B. Experience : Four years’ practical experience in Quality Assurance / Development / Production in the relevant field. Duties : Preparation of specifications and vetting of documents pertaining to procurement of items / stores. 5.(Ref. No.F.1/156/2010-R-VI) Four Senior Scientific Officers, Grade-I(Electronics) in DGQA, Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence. Defence Quality Assurance Service. Out of the four posts, one post is each reserved for SC, ST & OBC candidates. Of the four posts, one post is also reserved for Physically Handicapped persons viz. Defence Quality Assurance Service. Out of five posts, one post is each reserved for SC & OBC candidates. 8.(Ref.No.F.1/82/2010-R-VI) Three Junior Works Managers(Civil) in Ordnance Factory Board, Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence. Civilian in Defence Service. Out of three posts, one post is each reserved for SC & OBC candidates. Of the three posts, one post is reserved for Physically Handicapped persons with disability of Hearing Impairment ( Partially Deaf) belonging to any community. The posts are also suitable for Physically Handicapped persons with disability of Orthopaedically Handicapped / Locomotor disability / Cerebral Palsy affected OA(One Arm), OL(One Leg) or Hearing Impairment (Partially Deaf). Qualifications : Essential : Educational : Degree in Civil Engineering / Technology or equivalent from a recognized University. Duties : A Senior Group ‘B’(Gazetted) post having duties of managerial nature. A Junior Works Manager is required to work as a Head of Section / Office and be fully responsible for proper working of the Group Allotted to him. For these duties and responsibilities, he is to report to Divisional Officer who is a group ‘A’ Officer. HQ : Any of the Ordnance Factories, Units and Headquarters in India.

9.(Ref.No.F.1/154/2010-R-VI) Eleven Assistant Defence Estates Officers, Directorate General Defence Estates, Ministry of Defence. Out of eleven posts, one post is reserved for SC candidates & two posts are reserved for OBC candidates. Of the eleven posts, one post is reserved for Physically Handicapped persons with disability of Hearing Impairment PD(Partially Deaf). The posts are also suitable for Physically Handicapped persons with disability of Hearing Impairment PD (Partially Deaf) or Orthopaedically Handicapped / Locomotor disability / Cerebral Palsy with OA(One Arm) affected(R or L) / OL (One Leg) affected (R or L). Qualifications : Essential : Educational : Degree in Engineering(Civil) from a recognized University or equivalent. Duties : In-charge as Head of Office and exercise supervision and control over the staff where he has independent charge. Hiring / requisitioning / acquisition of properties / maintenance of Land / Records / discharge the duties under ACR Rules, 1944/ Law Suits / attend Board meetings. Functions as Staff Officer to DEO in all technical / Administration matters.

10.(Ref.No.F.1/138/2010-R-I) Two Assistant Professors(Plastic Surgery), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Central Health Service, Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre. Out of two posts, one post is reserved for ST candidates. Qualifications : Essential : A. Educational : i) An MBBS Qualification recognized by Medical Council of India included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Sub-section(3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. ii) Post-Graduate degree in the concerned Super-Speciality i.e, M.Ch(Plastic Surgery) or Speciality Board of Plastic Surgery(USA). B. Experience: Three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident / Tutor / Demonstrator/Registrar in the concerned Super-speciality from a recognized Teaching Institution after obtaining the first post-graduate degree. NOTE : I : The Medical qualifications possessed by the candidates should have the recognition of the Medical Council of India. In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached. NOTE : II : The experience gained should be recognized by the MCI or the statutory body concerned with the system of medicine as valid teaching experience for teaching posts and certificate therefor or any other valid proof in support thereof should be submitted. Teaching experience in any other post like the post of General Duty Medical Officer/Medical Officer shall not be considered for eligibility purpose for recruitment to the teaching posts. NOTE : III : : In the case of qualifications in Super-Specialities (M.Ch./D.M.) except in the case of holders of D.M./M.Ch. of five years duration, the holders should have obtained M.D.(General Medicine) or M.S.(General Surgery) or an equivalent qualification as prescribed by the said council in its recommendations on post graduate medical examination. NOTE : IV : In the case of holder of D.M./M.Ch. qualification of five years duration, the period of Senior Post Graduate residency rendered in the last part of the said D.M/M.Ch. shall be counted towards requirement of experience. NOTE :V : In so far as Post-Graduation Medical qualifications awarded by Indian Universities are concerned, they should also find a place in the Schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, as amended from time to time. In case of medical posts other than allopathic system of medicine, the qualification should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. NOTE : VII : Completion of compulsory Rotating Internship Certificate, Registration Certificate, an official document showing name of College/Institution from where degree/diploma has been done and official document showing name of the University and College from where teaching experience has been gained to be furnished Duties: To impart theoretical and practical instructions to Under-graduate/Post-graduate medical students. To conduct and guide research work in the speciality. To render patient care in the Speciality. Any other duties that may be assigned by the authorities from time to time. ANY OTHER CONDITIONS : The other conditions of service will be as laid down in the CHS Rules, 1996 and other rules in force from time to time in particular :- (A) Private practice of any kind whatsoever shall not be allowed including any consultation and laboratory practice. (B) The candidate selected, if so required, shall be liable to serve in any Defence Service or post connected with the Defence of India, for a period of not less than four years including the period spent in training, if any, provided that such officer shall not : i) be required to serve as aforesaid after the expiry of 10 years from the date of appointment or from the date of joining the service. ii) ordinarily be required to serve as aforesaid after attaining the age of 45 years.

11.(Ref. No.F.1/124/2010-R-I) Two Assistant Professors(Public Health) at AIIH&PH, Kolkata, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Health Service, Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre. The posts are reserved for OBC candidates. Qualifications : Essential : A. Educational : i) A recognized Medical Qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. 12.(Ref.No.F.1/149/2010-R-I) One Specialist, Grade-II (Anaesthesia), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Health Service Non-Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre. Qualifications : Essential : A. 20.(Ref.No.F.1/150/2010-R-I) One Professor (Community Medicine) in Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh, Department of Medical Education & Research, Chandigarh Administration. Qualifications : Essential : A. Educational: i) A basic University or equivalent qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register. ii) M.D.(Social and Preventive Medicine) / MD(Community Medicine) from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent. B. Experience: Ten years’ experience in the profession after acquiring Post-graduate qualification, out of which four years should be as Reader / Associate Professor in a recognized Medical College/Teaching Institution. NOTE : I : The Medical qualifications possessed by the candidates should have the recognition of the Medical Council of India. He shall be liable to serve in any of the Rural Health Centres of the Chandigarh Administration, if so required. Qualifications : Essential : A : Educational : i) Same as in Item No.20 at EQ(i) above. ii) DM (Immunology) or MD(Immuno Haematology & Blood Transfusion) / MD(Pathology or Bacteriology or Haematology) with two years’ teaching experience or special training in the Department of Immuno Haematology & Blood Transfusion from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent. B. Experience: Three years’ teaching experience in the concerned speciality after acquiring Post-graduate qualification, as Lecturer / Registrar / Senior Resident / Demonstrator / Tutor in a recognized Medical College/Teaching Institution. NOTE : I TO IV : Same as in Item No.20 above. NOTE: V: In the case of qualifications in Super-Specialities (M.Ch./D.M.) except in the case of holders of D.M./M.Ch. of five years duration, the holders should have obtained M.D.(General Medicine) or M.S.(General Surgery) or an equivalent qualification as prescribed by the said council in its recommendations on post graduate medical examination.
