1. (Ref.No.F.1/114/2010-R-VI) Eight Assistant Naval Store Officers, Grade –I (Electrical Engineering) in Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy). Out of eight posts, one post is reserved for SC candidates, three posts are reserved for OBC candidates. The posts are also suitable for Physically Handicapped (Orthopaedically Handicapped/Locomotor disability or Cerebral Palsy with disability of One Leg affected) persons. Qualifications : Essential : Educational : Candidate must hold a degree from a recognized University in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Duties : To assist the Naval Store Officer in execution of offshore logistics including inventory control and material management related functions in the Indian Navy and to hold independent charge of a small depot. This also includes provisioning, procurement, warehousing, administration, material planning etc.

4. (Ref.No.F.1/60/2010-R-IV) Seven Managers, Grade-I / Section Officers in Canteen Stores Department, Ministry of Defence. Of the seven posts, one post is each reserved for SC, ST & OBC candidates. Out of the seven posts, one post is reserved for Physically Handicapped [Orthopaedically Handicapped / Locomtor Disability / Cerebral Palsy(One Arm affected – Functional Arm should not be affected)] persons from any community. The posts are also suitable for PH persons having above mentioned disability. Qualifications : Essential : A. Educational : i) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. ii) Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Material Management from a recognized Institution. B. Experience : Three years’ experience of Administration, Accounts and Establishment work in a Government office or a Public Body or a Commercial Organization of repute. Desirable : i) Experience of storage, distribution and accounting or stores. ii) Knowledge of Government Rules and Regulations. Duties : Planning, provisioning, accounting and distribution of Canteen Stores, General Administration of a depot; maintenance of personnel records. To advise AGM(Admn.) on rules and regulations pertaining to recruitment, resignation, promotions, pay fixation, transfers and re-employment. Maintenance of Stores records etc. and provide information on stock levels to Assistant General Manager(Stores).

5. (Ref.No.F.1/36/2007-R-II) One Junior Central Government Advocate in the Ministry of Law & Justice, Department of Legal Affairs. The post is reserved for OBC candidates. The post is also suitable for Physically Handicapped persons with disability viz Hearing Impairment with PD( Partially Deaf) / Orthopaedically Handicapped / Locomotor Disability / Cerebral Palsy with OL(One Leg Affected) / BL (Both Legs Affected) / OA(One Arm Affected – Right or Left) with Impaired Reach / Weakness of grip / Ataxic. Qualifications : Essential : Educational : i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law of a recognized University or equivalent. ii) Should be an Advocate as defined in the Advocates Act, 1961(25 of 1961) with three years experience of litigation work in Courts. iii) Must be entitled to act as an Advocate on the Original as well as Appellate Side of the High Court of Calcutta or Bombay or Delhi or Madras or Bangalore, as the case may be. Desirable : One year’s experience of practice in a High Court. Duties : To conduct Litigation in High Court. As assigned. HQ : Presently at Kolkata. Liable to serve anywhere in India.

6. (Ref.No.F.1/100/2010-R-IV) One Deputy Director (Designs) in Weavers Service Centre under Office of Development Commissioner for Handlooms, Ministry of Textiles. Qualifications : Essential : A. Educational : i) Degree or equivalent Diploma in Fine Art or Applied Art of a recognized University or Institution or equivalent. ii) Knowledge of latest trends in the field of textile design and fashion. B. Experience : Seven years’ practical or teaching experience in creative textile designing or painting. Desirable : i) Experience of design work for Handlooms. ii) Knowledge of different types of yarn, structure of cloth, dye-stuffs, costing of fabrics and marketing. Duties : In-charge of Weavers’ Service Centre and attend to all administrative work as and when required. Supervise the day-to-day work of Designs Section of the Centre. To undertake development work relating to new designs suitable for domestic & export market and offer technical advice to handloom industry on preparatory & design processes including usage of improved appliances.

3. PAY SCALE & CLASSIFICATION : (Figures in bracket at the end of the pay scale indicate the approx total emoluments(per month) excluding TA and HRA at the minimum of the scale). 
a) Rs.15600-39100+Rs.6600 (Grade pay)(T.E. Rs.28194) Group A Gazetted for the post at S.No. 6 above.
b) Rs.15600-39100+Rs.5400(Grade pay) (T.E. Rs. 26670) Group A Gazetted for the posts at S.Nos.1,2,3 & 4 above
c) Rs.9300-34800+Rs.4600(Grade pay) (T.E. Rs.17653)Group B Gazetted for the post at S.No.5 above.

4. AGE LIMIT AS ON NORMAL CLOSING DATE : 
a) Not exceeding 40 years for the post at S. No.6
b) Not exceeding 35 years for the posts at S. No.4
c) Between 21-30 years for the posts at S. Nos.1, 2 & 3 
d) Not exceeding 33 years for the post at S.No.5 

N.B. The age limit shown against S.No.5 is relaxed age limit for OBC candidates. The age limit shown against all other S.Nos is normal age limit and only in these cases age is relaxable for SC/ST candidates upto 5 years & upto 3 years for OBC candidates in respect of vacancies reserved for them. AGE IS ALSO RELAXABLE FOR CENTRAL/UT GOVT SERVANTS UPTO FIVE YEARS AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS ISSUED BY GOVT OF INDIA FROM TIME TO TIME. NOTE : Candidates with disabilities[ as indicated against Item(s)] can apply to the respective posts even if the post is not reserved for them. However, such candidates will be considered for selection to such post by general standard of merit. Persons suffering from not less than 40% of relevant disability shall alone be eligible for the benefit of reservation and other relaxations as permissible under the rules

6. PROBATION: The persons selected will be appointed on probation as per rule.
