Educational :   i) Ministry of Transport Certificate of Competency in First Class or Second Class Engineer(Motor) OR Ministry of Transport Certificate as Engineer of Fishing Vessels.  OR Certificate of Competency as (a) Engineer of Fishing Vessels.  (b) Engine Driver of Fishing Vessels, OR (c) Sea Going Engine Driver issued by the Mercantile Marine Department.  ii) Secondary School leaving Certificate or equivalent or Satisfactory completion of Institutional Training of Engine Driver course at Central Institute of Fisheries Operatives, Cochin / Madras.  B. 2.(Ref.No.F.1/325/2009-R-V) Eight Assistant Agricultural Marketing Advisers (Group-I) (Survey, Training and Quality Control) in Directorate of Marketing & Inspection, Department of Agriculture & Cooperation, Ministry of Agriculture.  Out of the eight posts, one post is reserved for SC candidates & two posts are reserved for OBC candidates.    Qualifications :  Essential : Educational :  a) Master’s Degree in Agriculture or Botany or Agricultural Economics or Agricultural Marketing or Economics or Commerce with Economics from a recognized University ; and b) Five years’ experience in the field of Agricultural Marketing including Cooperative Marketing OR Three years’ experience in the field of Agricultural Marketing with diploma in Marketing Management awarded by the Indian Institute of Food Technology or equivalent or any other recognized University/Institute or equivalent. 3.(Ref.No.F.1/44/2010-R-IV) Twenty-four Deputy Superintending Archaeologists in the Archaeological Survey of India, Ministry of Culture.  Of the twenty-four posts,  two posts  each are reserved for SC, ST & OBC candidates.  Out of the twenty-four posts, one post is reserved for Physically Handicapped [Orthopaedically Handicapped / Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy(One Arm Affected – Right or Left – (a) Impaired reach (b) Weakness of Grip & (c) Ataxic)] candidates.  The posts are suitable for Physically Handicapped persons having above mentioned disabilities.  Qualifications :  Essential :   Educational :  i) Master’s degree in Indian History / Archaeology / Sanskrit / Persian / Prakrit / Pali / Arabic / Anthropology with knowledge of Stone age Archaeology / Geology with knowledge of Plesitecene Geology of a recognized University or equivalent. ii) Diploma in Archaeology from the Archaeological  Survey of India or equivalent OR Two years research experience in Ancient or Medieval Indian History, Archaeology, Epigraphy, Museology, Architecture or any study connected with the art and Architecture of India  with specialisation in one or more of the following fields.   a)  Pre-history and Proto-History; b) Art and Architecture of Northern India(Early period) ; c) Medieval Monuments of Northern India and Deccan; and d) Art and Architecture of South India  with special preference to Temples. NOTE : Candidates selected for the posts will, during the period of probation be required to undergo training as per requirement of the job prescribed by the Archaeological Survey of India and will be required to pass a departmental examination before confirmation.   Duties :  To  assist the superintending Archaeologist, official functions which include the following  :  Documentation of antiquities, preparation of cultural notice boards, village to village survey of antiquarian remains, drawing of inspection notes and highlighting the need of preservation of protected monuments and to exercise  delegated financial/administrative powers.  To ensure steps against encroachment, vandalism and mutilation of monuments, to administrate site museums.  Conducting exploration/excavation, preparation of literature guide books of protected monuments and sites for the benefit of tourists.  To check museums, conservation works of monuments.

The post is  reserved for Physically Challenged persons[Orthopaedically Handicapped / Locomotor Disability or  Cerebral Palsy OL(One Leg Affected)/BLA(Both Legs and Both Arms Affected)] persons from any community.  Qualifications :  Essential :  Education :  a) Master’s Degree in any discipline with English as a medium of instructions ; and b) Diploma or Interpretership    equivalent to Diploma in Bahasha Indonesia.  Desirable :  Experience  in teaching or translation from Bahasa Indonesia  language  to English /Hindi or vice- versa. 7.(Ref.No.F.1/53/2010-R-I) Three Assistant Professors(Endocrinology), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Central Health Service(Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre).  Out of three posts, one post is reserved for OBC candidates.  Qualifications :  Essential : A. Educational :  i)   An MBBS Qualification  recognized by Medical Council of India  included in the First or the  Second Schedule  or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.  Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Sub-section(3) of Section 13 of the IMC Act, 1956. ii) Post-graduate Degree qualification in the concerned super-speciality i.e. D.M. (Endocrinology).  B. Experience :  Three years’ teaching experience as Tutor / Demonstrator/Registrar /Senior Resident in the concerned super-speciality in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first post-graduate  degree.   NOTE : I: The Medical qualifications possessed by the candidates should have the recognition of the Medical Council  of India. In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached. NOTE :II: In so far as Post-Graduation Medical qualifications awarded by Indian Universities are concerned, they should also find a place in the Schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, as amended from time to time.  In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. ANY OTHER CONDITIONS : The other conditions of service will be as laid down in the CHS Rules, 1996 and other rules in force from time to time in particular :-  (A) Private practice of any kind whatsoever shall not be allowed including any consultation and laboratory practice.  (B)  The candidate selected, if so required, shall be liable to serve in any Defence Service or post connected with the Defence of India, for a period of not less than four years including the period spent in training, if any,  provided that such officer shall not :  i)   be required to serve as aforesaid after the expiry of 10 years from the date of appointment or from the date of joining the service.  ii) ordinarily be required to serve as aforesaid after attaining the age of 45 years.

II (Anaesthesia), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Central Health Service (Non-Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre).  The posts are  reserved for OBC candidates.  Qualifications :  Essential : A. 10.(Ref.No.F.1/39/2010-R-I)Nine Specialists, Grade-II(Paediatrics), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Central Health Service(Non-Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre).  Out of nine posts, two posts each are reserved for SC & ST candidates and remaining five posts are reserved for OBC candidates.  Qualifications:  Essential: A. 11.(Ref.No.F.1/314/2009-R-V) Thirty Training Officers(Principle of Teaching-General) in the DGE&T, Ministry of Labour  and Employment.  Out of thirty posts, five posts are reserved for ST candidates and remaining twenty-five posts are reserved for OBC candidates.  The posts are also suitable for persons with disability viz BLV(Blindness /Low Vision) or Orthopaedically Handicapped/Locomotor Disability / Cerebral Palsy with One Arm or One Leg affected.   Qualifications :  Essential :  Educational :  A- i) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Applications from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent and ii) Two years’ post qualification experience in a workshop engaged in Production / Maintenance / Servicing or Teaching / Training in a Technical Institute.   B- i) Diploma in Engineering or Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized University / Institute.  ii) Five years post qualification experience in a workshop engaged in Production / Maintenance / Servicing.  OR Five years post qualification experience in Teaching / Training in a Technical Institute.  OR Five years’ post qualification experience in a workshop engaged in Production/Maintenance / Servicing and in Teaching / Training in a Technical Institute.  Desirable :  Teachers Training Diploma from Technical Teachers Training Institute under the Ministry of Human Resource Development or Craft Instructor Certificate/National Craft Instructor Certificate or equivalent  issued by National Council for Vocational Training.  Duties :  To conduct theory classes and practical in workshop.  To maintain the training records.  To supervise the work of Vocational Instructors and Workshop Attendant.  To assist the Director / Regional Director / Principal / Vice-Principal in conducting Final Trade Tests and all India Skill competitions and to carry out other duties assigned by them.

12.(Ref.No.F.1/38/2010-R-VI) One Radio Inspector in the Directorate General of Shipping, Mumbai, Ministry of Shipping.   Qualifications :  Essential : Educational :  A- i) Certificate of Proficiency as General Class or First Class Radio operator. ii) Three years experience in operation, maintenance and adjustment of ship borne or shore based wireless station. OR  B- i) Certificate of Proficiency as Second Class Radio Operator.  ii) Five years’ experience in operation, maintenance and adjustment of ship borne or shore based wireless station.  Desirable :  i) Degree in Telecommunication Engineering. ii) Experience in operation, maintenance and adjustment of electronic aids to navigation. Duties :  Inspection of Radio Installation and other requirements under IMS Radio Rules, 1956, Section 10 of the M.S. Educational :  Degree in Naval Architecture from a recognized University or equivalent. B.
