Sixteen posts of Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications in the
Trade Marks Office under the Office of the Controller General of Patents,
Designs and Trade Marks, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion.
Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
Out of 16 posts,(1 post is permanent) and 15 posts are temporary. Of
them, 03 posts (temporary) are reserved for SC, 02 posts(temporary) are reserved
for ST and 05 posts (temporary) are reserved for OBC candidates and remaining 06
posts (01 –permanent, 05-temporary) are unreserved.
The posts are also suitable for PH with disability of Orthopaedically
Handicapped. Qualifications :
Essential : A. Educational :
Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent. B. Experience :
Two years’ experience of Legal affairs
or Trade Marks. DESIRABLE: Master’s degree in Physics/Chemistry or Degree in
Engineering or Technology of a recognized University or equivalent. DUTIES: To
examine the Trade Marks applications filed for registration of trade marks as
per the provisions of Trade marks Act,1999 and rules framed there under and any
other work assigned to him by Registrar/Controller General of Patents, Designs,
Trade Marks & Geographical Indications.

Two posts of Junior Technical Officer (Gentex-Textile) in
DGQA, Deptt. of Defence Production & Supplies, Ministry of Defence.
Out of two posts, one post is reserved for SC candidates and remaining one post
is unreserved. Of the two posts, one post is reserved for Physical Handicapped
(Hearing Handicapped (HH) candidates belonging to any community. The post is
also suitable for PH (Hearing Handicapped (HH) candidates.,
Qualification Essential: A. Educational: B.Tech./M.Tech in Textile
Engineering/Textile Technology from recognized University or equivalent. B.
Experience: Two years practical experience in quality assurance in the field of
Textile Technology/Textile Processing and Garment Designing etc. DESIRABLE :
Certificate of proficiency in German or French or Russian or Japanese or Chinese
language from a recognized University or Institute. DUTIES: The officer shall be
responsible for quality assurance, acceptance, inspection of equipments, arms,
ammunitions, and stores; defect investigation, trials, vetting of draft
indents/agreements/supply orders, sampling plans, liaison with production units,
removal of bottlenecks and suggesting methods of imporvement of quality. HQ: All
India Service Liability.
3.(Ref.
No.F.1/102/2009-R.II) One post of Sr.Scientific Officer, Gr.II (Military
Explosives) in the Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Deptt. of Defence
Production. Defence Quality Assurance Service, Ministry of Defence.
The post is temporary and unreserved. This
post is suitable for Physically Handicapped (Orthopaedically Handicapped/locomotor
disability or cerebral palsy (One Leg Affected ) candidates. Qualifications :
Essential : A. Educational :
i) Master’s degree in Chemistry
or degree in Chemical Engineering /Technology from a recognized University or
equivalent. B.Experience:-Two years. practical experience in
Production/Development/Quality Assurance in the relevant field. DESIRABLE
QUALIFICATION: Knowledge of German, French, Russian, Japanese or Chinese
language. DUTIES: i) Preparation of specifications and vetting of documents
pertaining to procurement of items/stores. ii) Technical evaluation, testing
inspection and Quality Assurance activities of equipments, systems/sub-systems
and stores indented by the Service pertaining to the relevant discipline. iii)
Creation of test facilities as per various laid down standards/specifications.
iv) Value Engineering studies of items/stores. v) Product improvement,
Indigenisation and development work on systems/products. vi) Interaction with
the Industry and preparation of capacity/capability reports. vii) Technical
documentation and Administration of test labs. HQ: Liable to serve anywhere in
India or outside. ANY OTHER CONDITION: Any Officer appointed to the service, if
so required shall be liable to serve as a Commissioned Officer in the Armed
Forces for a period of not less than four years including the period spent on
training, if any. Provided that such officer :- a) shall not be required to
serve as aforesaid after expiry of ten years from the date of appointment to the
service or from the date of his joining prior to the commencement of the
existing rules; and b) shall not ordinarily be required to serve as aforesaid if
he has attained the age of forty years.

(Chemistry) in the Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Deptt. of Defence
Production, Defence Quality Assurance Service, Ministry of Defence.

Science Laboratory under CBI., Ministry of Home Affairs. Out of two

Essential: A.Educational: Master’ degree in Mathematics or Physics or
Chemistry from a recognized University or equivalent.
B.Experience: 3 years experience in
Laboratory in fire-arms and explosives. DESIRABLE : Doctorate degree relevant to
EQ(B) from a recognized University or equivalent. DUTIES: To examine fire Arm
& Explosive cases, visiting crime scene under the supervision of Head of
Division (Ballistics). HQ: New Delhi with all India transfer liability.

No.F.1/89/2009-R-II) Two posts of Sr. Scientific Officer Gr.II (Physics) in
Central Forensic Science Laboratory under CBI. Ministry of Home Affairs.
Qualifications Essential: A. Educational: M.sc. degree in Physics from a
recognized University .or equivalent. B. Experience: 3 yrs experience in a
Laboratory in spectrographic analysis, spectrophotometric analysis, X-Ray
analysis and Physical properties and measurements of various materials
(including the building material). DESIRABLE:
Doctorate Degree relevant to EQ(B) from a recognized University or
equivalent. DUTIES: Examination of
Crime exhibit of physical samples including measuring of size etc. Voice
spectrographic analysis, other Research & Development facilities. Also act
as Reporting officer of the Division under supervision of PSO/SSO-I/Head of
Division(Physics). HQ: New Delhi with all India transfer liability.
8.(Ref.no.F.1/83/2009-R-I) Two post of Specialist Grade-II (Tuberculosis) Central Health Service, (Non-Teaching Specialist sub-Cadre), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Out of two posts, one post is reserved for OBC candidates and the remaining one post is unreserved. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: A. EDUCATIONAL: i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualification included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Sub-section(3) of Section 13 of the IMC Act, 1956. ii) Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned Speciality i.e. M.D.(Tuberculosis), MD/MRCP in Medicine with TDD DTD or DTCD/TDD/DTD/ DTCD(PG Diploma) B. Experience : Three years’ experience in the concerned speiality after obtaining Post-Graduate degree or five years experience after obtaining the Post-Graduate Diploma. NOTE : I: The Medical qualifications possessed by the candidates should have the recognition of the Medical Council of India. NOTE :II: In so far as post-graduate medical qualification awarded by Indian Universities are concerned, they should also find a place in the Schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 as amended from time to time. NOTE : III : Holder of speciality Board of USA qualifications should complete the entire requirements of the board concerned. DUTIES: To conduct and guide research work in the speciality. To render patient care in the speciality. Any other duties that may be assigned by the authority form time to time. HQ: At present the vacancies are at DG.H.S. Delhi and NTT Banglore. However, the candidate is liable to serve anywhere in India. ANY OTHER CONDITION:- The other conditions of service will be as laid down in the CHS Rules, 1996 and other rules in force from time to time in particular:- a) Private practice of any kind whatsoever shall not be allowed including any consultation and laboratory practice. b) The candidates selected will, if so required, be liable to serve in any Defence Service, or post connected with the Defence of India, for a period of not less than four years including the period spent on training, if any, provided that: i) He/she will not be required to serve as aforesaid after the expiry of 10 years from the date of appointment or from the date of joining the service. ii) He/she will not ordinarily be required to serve as aforesaid after attaining the age of 45 years.

One
post of Divisional Officer(Fire) in Delhi Fire Service, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
Qualifications: Essential : A.
Educational: i) A Degree preferably in Science of a recognized University or
equivalent. ii) Advanced Diploma of National Fire Service College of Nagpur or
Bachelor of Engineering (Fire) of Nagpur University or equivalent or having
passed membership examination of the institute of Fire Engineers (UK) or
equivalent. B. Experience : i) 7
years’ professional experience, out of which at least 5 yrs. experience should
be in the capacity of Assistant Divisional Officer(Fire) or equivalent in a Fire
Organization, preferably of a Metropolitan City. ii) Should have minimum
physical standard i.e.height-165 cms, weight-50 kgs. and chest 86.5 cms(expanded).
NOTE: Person selected/appointed shall have to produce Medical Certificate from
Medical Board of Govt.of NCT of Delhi Hospital to the effect that the individual
is able bodied and does not have any deficiency in any limb and is not suffering
from any contagious disease. DUTIES: To attend fire incidents, fire prevention
duties to supervise administration of fire stations in the jurisdiction. To act
as DDO/HOO if appointed by the Head of the Department. Any other duty assigned
by the Chief Fire Officer. HQ: NCT. of Delhi.
10.(Ref.No.F.1/88/2009-R.I)
One post of Professor (Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy) in the Govt.
Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh, Department of Medical Education and
Research, Chandigarh Administration., Qualification Essential: A.
Educational:- i)
A basic University or equivalent qualification included in any one of the
Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and must be
registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register. ii)
M.D.(Dermatology and Venerelolgy)/M.D. (Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy)/M.D.(Dermatology)/MD
(Dermatology including Venereology)/MD (Dermatology including Venereology/Leprosy)/MD(Medicine)
with D.V.D. or D.D. from a recognized University/institution or equivalent. B.
Experience: Ten year’s experience in the profession after acquiring
postgraduate qualification, out of which four years should be as
Reader/Associate Professor in a recognized Medical College/Teaching Institution.
NOTE
: I: & II : Same as in item No.8 above. NOTE :
III : Teaching experience in
any other post like the post of GDMO / MO shall not be considered for
eligibility purpose for recruitment to the teaching posts. DESIRABLE: Minimum
four Research Publications indexed in Index Medicus/National Journals and one
research publication in international journals. DUTIES: To teach the
under-graduate (MBBS) and Post-graduate students, Resident Doctors, Interns,
Paramedical staff and research work. HQ: Govt.Medical College & Hospital,
Chandigarh. ANY OTHER CONDITIONS: i) The candidate so appointed shall have to
join his duties within one month from the date of issue of appointment letter.
ii) Private practice of any kind including laboratory and consultant practice,
will be strictly prohibited. iii) The candidate so appointed shall not be
allowed to apply for the post for employment outside the Administration for a
period of two years from the date of joining the post. He shall be liable to

or Bacteriology or Haematology) with two years’ teaching experience or special
training in the Department of Immuno Haematology & Blood Transfusion from a
recognized University/Institution or equivalent. B. Experience: Three years
teaching experience in the concerned speciality after acquiring post graduate
qualification as Lecturer/Registrar/Senior Resident/Demonstrator/Tutor in a
recognized Medical College/Teaching Institution. NOTE I & II : Same as in
item No.8 above. NOTE : III :
Teaching experience in any other post like the post of GDMO / MO shall
not be considered for eligibility purpose for recruitment to the teaching posts.
DUTIES: The duties of Senior Lecturer (Immuno Haematology &Blood
Transfusion) will be to teach the undergraduate (MBBS) and Postgraduate students
training of interns, paramedical staff and research work. HQ: Govt.
