affected) persons. QUALIFICATIONS : ESSENTIAL : A. EDUCATIONAL : Master’s
Degree in Physics(Pure/Applied) or Chemistry(Pure/Applied/Industrial) or degree
in Chemical Technology/Civil Engineering of a recognized University or
equivalent. B. EXPERIENCE
: Three years’ practical
experience of testing and evaluation of building materials employing physical
methods of analysis. DESIRABLE : Specialized
knowledge of modern methods of testing soil for engineering purposes/refractory

The Scientist SB is the overall in-charge of
Laboratory. Scrutinizes the
test requests of Scientist SC/ forwarding letter regarding feasibility of
testing in the laboratory, test charge
and obtains clarification from the client relating to tests, if required. Allocate the sample to the Scientific
