BOARD, MINISTRY OF DEFENCE, Indian
Ordnance Factories Service. Of
the 21 posts 03 posts are reserved for SC, 01 post is reserved for ST and
05 posts are reserved for OBC candidates. Out
of twenty-one posts, one post is reserved for Physically Handicapped persons (locomotor
disability or cerebral palsy) of any community.
These posts are also suitable for persons with disabilities viz Locomotor
disability or cerebral palsy. QUALIFICATIONS : ESSENTIAL : EDUCATIONAL
: Bachelor’s Degree in
Chemical Engineering/Technology or equivalent from a recognised
University/Institute. DESIRABLE
: M.Tech or M.E. in Chemical Engineering
or equivalent qualification from a recognised University/Institute.
DUTIES : To perform as
“Divisional Officer” In – charge of the Production Section(S) and other
allied functions. HQ :
Anywhere in India, generally in any of the Ordnance Factories/units
Headquarters Formation. ANY OTHER
CONDITION : Any person appointed to
the service in the categories mentioned in Rule 2, Sub Clause (f) (i) to (vi) on
or after the promulgation of these rules shall, if so required be liable to
serve as a Commissioned Officer in
the Armed Forces for a period of not less than four years, including the period
spent on training, if any provided that such persons :-
a) Shall not be required to serve as aforesaid after the expiry
of ten years from the date of appointment ; and
b) shall not ordinarily be required to serve as aforesaid after attaining
the age of forty years.

No.F.1/228/2006-R-I) TWO ASSISTANT PROFESSORS (ENDOCRINOLOGY) AT JIPMER,
PONDICHERRY UNDER MINISTRY OF HEALTH & FAMILY WELFARE, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH,
SPECIALIST GRADE-II OF CHS(TEACHING SPECIALIST SUB-CADRE).
QUALIFICATIONS : ESSENTIAL : A.
EDUCATIONAL :
i) A recognised
medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule
or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than Licentiate Qualifications)
to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders
of educational qualifications
included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions
stipulated in sub-section(3) of Section 13 of the IMC Act, 1956. ii) Post-Graduate Degree
qualification in the concerned super - speciality i.e. D.M.(Endocrinology) or
equivalent. B. EXPERIENCE : Three
years’ teaching experience as Tutor/Demonstrator/Registrar/Sr
Resident/Lecturer in the concerned super-speciality after obtaining the first
Post graduate Degree qualification in a recognised Medical College/Institution.
NOTE : I :
The Medical qualifications
possessed by the candidates should have the recognition of the Medical Council of India
NOTE : II
: Teaching experience in any other
post like the post of GDMO/MO shall not be considered for eligibility purpose
for recruitment to the teaching posts. NOTE : III:
In so far as post graduate
medical qualifications awarded by Indian Universities are concerned, they should
also find a place in the Schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, as
amended from time to time. NOTE:
IV :
In the case of qualification in Super-Specialities(M.Ch/D.M)
except in the case of holders of D.M./M.Ch of 5 years duration, the holders
should have obtained M.D.(General medicine) or M.S.(General Surgery)
or an equivalent qualification as prescribed by the said council in its
recommendations on post graduate medical examination.
NOTE : V : In the case of
holder of D.M./M.Ch qualification of 5 years duration the period of Senior post
graduate residency rendered in the last part of the said DM/MCh shall be counted
towards requirement of experience.
DUTIES : To impart
theoretical and practical instructions to under-graduate/post-graduate medical
students. To conduct and guide
research work in the speciality. To
render patient care in the speciality. HQ :
JIPMER, Pondicherry but liable to serve anywhere in India.
ANY OTHER CONDITIONS :
(A)
Private practice of any kind whatsoever shall not be allowed including
any consultation and laboratory practice. (B)
The candidates selected will, if so required, shall be liable to serve in
any Defence Service, or post connected with the Defence of India for a period of
not less than four years including the period spent on training, if any,
provided that : i) he/she will not be required to serve as aforesaid after the
expiry of 10 years from the date of appointment.
ii) he/she will
not ordinarily be required
to serve as aforesaid after obtaining the age of 45 years.

LANGUAGE WING, LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT, MINISTRY OF LAW AND JUSTICE.
The post is reserved for OBC Candidates. QUALIFICATIONS :
ESSENTIAL : EDUCATIONAL :
A - i)
Master’s Degree in Law(LLM) from a recognised University or equivalent
and ii) Should be a member of State
Judicial Service for period of five years. OR
Should have held a post in the legal department of a State Government for
five years. OR
Should be a Central Government servant who has had experience in legal
affairs for five years. OR Should
be qualified legal practitioner who has practiced as such for five years.
OR Should be a teacher of law for five years in a recognised Institution.
OR Should have five years’ experience of translation into Marathi of
Statutes, statutory rules and orders in Central/State Government.
OR Should have five years experience of drafting of statutes in the
Central/State Government. OR
B - i) Bachelor’s degree
in Law(LLB) from a recognised University or equivalent.
ii) Should be a member of State Judicial Service for a period of seven
years. OR Should have held a post in the legal department of a State
Government for seven years. OR
Should be a Central Government servant who had experience in legal
affairs for seven years. OR Should be a qualified legal practitioner who has practiced
as such for seven years. OR Should
be a teacher of law for seven years in a recognised Institution.
OR Should have seven years’ experience of translation into Marathi of
statutes, statutory rules and orders in Central/State Government.
OR Should have seven years
experience of drafting of statutes in the Central/State Government and
iii) Passed Secondary School
Examination or equivalent or any higher Examination from a recognised
Board/University or equivalent through medium of Marathi or had offered the
Marathi Language as a subject in Secondary School Examination or equivalent or
any higher examination from a recognised Board/University or equivalent.
DESIRABLE : i)
Five years experience of legislative
drafting in Marathi concerned in Central/State Government.
ii) Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University or equivalent with
Marathi as a subject or medium at degree level.
DUTIES : Preparation a
authentic translation of Central Statutes, Statutory Rules & Regulation etc
into Marathi and General Assistance to Joint Secretary and Legislative
Counsel(O.L.) Wing. HQ : New Delhi.
7.(Ref.
No.F.1/245/2006-R-II) ONE SUPERINTENDENT (LEGAL), DEPARTMENT OF LEGAL AFFAIRS,
MINISTRY OF LAW AND JUSTICE. The
post is unreserved but to be filled up by Physically Handicapped(Partially Deaf)
persons. QUALIFICATIONS : ESSENTIAL
: A. EDUCATIONAL :
Bachelors’ Degree in Law of a recognised University or equivalent.
B. EXPERIENCE : Should have
four years experience as an officer of the State Judicial Service.
OR Should have four years experience in the Legal Department of a State.
OR Should be a Central Govt. Servant who has had four years experience in
Legal Affairs. OR Should be a
qualified legal practitioner. NOTE
: I : In computing the period
during which a person has held any office in the State Judicial Service or in
the legal Department of a State or has been a Central Government servant having
experience in Legal Affairs there shall be included any period during which he
has held any of the other aforesaid office or any period during which he has
been a legal practitioner. NOTE
:II: In computing the period during
which a person has been a qualified legal
practitioner, there shall be included any period during which he has held any
office in the State Judicial Service or in the Legal Department of a State or
has been a Central Government Servant having experience in Legal Affairs.
NOTE :III: The term “
Qualified Legal Practitioner” in relation to this clause, means an Advocate or
a Pleader who has practised as such for 4 years.
DUTIES : Rendering General
& Secretariat Assistance to Officers in handling references for Legal Advice
& Litigation from various Ministries/Departments of Govt. of India.

No.F.1/78/2006-R-VI) ONE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, GR.II (PRODUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT)
NOW REDESIGNATED AS ASSISTANT DIRECTOR GRADE –II(TECHNICAL) IN THE OFFICE OF
THE TEXTILE COMMISSIONER, MINISTRY OF TEXTILES. QUALIFICATIONS :
ESSENTIAL : A. EDUCATIONAL :
Degree in Textile Manufacture/Textile Technology of a recognised
University or equivalent. B. EXPERIENCE : About
two years experience of work connected with management and running of Textile
Mills of which about a year should be in spinning or weaving. OR About two years
experience in Government Department dealing with inspection appraisement of
Textile Mills, Stores. DUTIES : To
assist in the matter connected with developments of Textile Industry and its
modernization. To liaison with
various Research Association. To
render technical support to Govt. organization on various issues.
9.(Ref. No.F.1/129/2006-R-V) ONE PROFESSOR IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING(TECHNICAL) FOR B. TECH(PART TIME) PROGRAMME IN DELHI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, GOVT OF NCT OF DELHI. QUALIFICATIONS : ESSENTIAL : EDUCATIONAL : A- i) Ph.D Degree with first class degree at Bachelors’ or Master’s level in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent and ii) 10 years experience in Teaching/Industry/Research out of which 5 years must be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent. OR B- Candidates from Industry/Profession with Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology and professional work which is significant and can be recognized as equivalent to Ph.D Degree and with 10 years Industrial/Professional experience, out of which at least 5 years should be at senior level comparable to that of Assistant Professor would also be eligible. NOTE : If a Class/Division is not awarded at BE/B. Tech / M.E./ M. Tech / Equivalent degree a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate shall be considered equivalent to 1st class/division. If a grade point system is adopted CGPA will be converted to equivalent marks and minimum CGPA shall be 6.75 in the scale of 10. DUTIES : To teach the subject of Mechanical Engineering upto under-graduate/post-graduate level during day time and or evening classes, especially in the field related to Thermal/Production/Design/applied Mechanics and any other duty assigned by the Principal or Head of the Department concerned.
