The candidates who have qualified for the Personality Test on the basis of the result of the written part of the Engineering Services Examination, 2009 held in June 2009 may download the following four sets of documents:-
| 1. | Gazette Notification dated 10.01.2009 containing Rules for the Engineering Services Examination, 2009 | |
| 2. | Instructions for filling up of Detailed Application Form | |
| 3. | Detailed Application Form | |
| 4. | Summary Sheet | |
They
are requested to go through the Gazette Notification and Instructions for
filling up of the Forms thoroughly and fill in the Detailed Application Form
carefully and send it to UPSC immediately.
They
are also requested to fill the Summary Sheet in capital letters using black ball
point pen which should be clear and legible and send along with the filled up
Detailed Application Form.
Candidates
may note that mere dispatch of Detailed Application Form etc. does not ipso
facto confer any right on their admission to Personality Test.
The Commission will not be responsible for any delay/non-receipt of
completed application form in the Commission’s Office on account of postal
delays or any other reason.
