PRESS NOTE
On the basis of the results of the written part of the CPF (AC) Examination, 2004 held by UPSC in October, 2004, the candidates with the under-mentioned Roll Numbers have qualified for Physical Standards/Physical Efficiency Tests and Medical Standards Tests.
2. The Indo-Tibetan Border Police authorities (Nodal Agency nominated by M/o Home Affairs) will intimate to the candidates the date, time and venue where (Physical and Medical Standard Tests and physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be conducted. In case the candidates do not receive the call letter for (Physical and medical Standards Tests and Physical Efficiency Test) by 3rd week of May, 2005 they may contact the indo-Tibetan Border police authorities on Telephone No. 011-24363940, 24360164 or on FAX No. 011-24360427.
3. The candidature of these candidates is provisional subject to their being found eligible in all respects. In accordance with the condition(s) of their admission to the examination, the candidates should keep the original certificates in support of their age, educational qualification, age relaxation and claim to belong to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/OBC etc. in readiness for submission at the time of their interview.
4. The candidates who qualify the Physical Efficiency Test and Medical Test/Examination will be given/should obtain a Detailed Application Form (DAF) at respective Centres from the ITBP authorities and send the same duly filled in to the SECRETARY, Union Public Service Commission within 10 (TEN) days from the date of receipt of DAF.
5. The mark-sheets of candidates who have not qualified in both papers, shall be available on the Commission's Website within 15 days from the publication of the results and would be available on Website for a period of 60 days.
6. The candidates will have access to the mark-sheets only after keying the Roll Numbers and date of birth. The printed/hard copies of the mark-sheet would, however, be issued by UPSC to candidates based on specific request received from individuals accompanied by a self addressed stamped envelope. The candidates desirous of obtaining the printed/hard copies of the mark-sheets should make request within 30 days of display of the marks on the Commission's Website beyond which no such request would be entertained.
7. Candidates are advised to intimate change in their address, if any, to the UPSC immediately to facilitate delivery of summon letters to them promptly.
8. Result of one candidate has been withheld.
